Just a Brief Overview

As you might have guessed from the title of this blog, my name is Charles Patterson. I started this thing because I am involved in a few online business opportunities and I want anyone who is thinking about joining me in my ventures to be able to get a better idea about who the person is who is asking them to invest their time, money, and trust in him.

I served 20 years in the US Army, had 2 tours of duty in Vietnam as an Infantry Platoon Squad Leader and Platoon Sergeant. My last 9 years were spent on Recruitng Duty; the last 3 in Wilmington, NC. We returned home to Chattanooga, TN when I retired where I held several dead end jobs until I was able to get on with the Post Office as a Letter Carrier. I retired from the US Postal Service in 2003 with 22 years of service.

About the time I retired from the Postal Service, my wife and I started an eBay store and became PowerSellers within 6 months. We found some good products that were in high demand and short supply. We had a good dropshipper and life was grand. We were making some decent extra income and spoiling the Grandchildren. Then Lynda's (my wife) health went south. she had a breast cancer operation, radiology treatments and developed upper respiratory problems
( C.O.P.D. ). she is now on oxygen around the clock and can't do much without gasping for breathe. we had to let the ebay business go. I couldn't handle it all by myself as well as the household chores Thank goodness I was retired and could step in and take up the slack! Still, this is not quite the way we had envisioned our "Golden Years" :o)

I started surfing the Internet looking for a way to make a little "extra" money; something I could do by myself and still spend time with Lynda. We have converted one of the bedrooms into a home office. she has a computer and I have the laptop. She plays games, works puzzles, stays in touch with the family and does a lot of online shopping. we both log a lot of computer time.

Due to some long range planning and a certain amount of good luck on my part, we are financially secure in our retirement. If the children and grandchildren would stop having all these financial problems, we would be almost rich (ha ha). I make a few dollars on the internet, and that is fine with me. It keeps me busy and out of trouble and I am still learning new stuff.

I lost a few dollars here and there and just flat out got scammed a few times. that is why I have deciided not to promote anything that I am not making money on, or truly see that I am progressing satisfactorily in. Of course, just because I am making money, doesn't necessarily mean that you will too. It requires work and a certain amount of knowledge. Don't believe the hype you see about making money on autopilot with no work required on your part. If that were the case, nobody would be working. My contact information is on this blog and readily available to any of my downline in programs I am involved in. I don't claim to know it all, but am willing to share what I do know.
